The Jesuit Student Success Network was officially recognized as an AJCU Network in January 2023. As institutions increase their focus on student success and retention by establishing and growing offices and staff in this area, this Network was formed to gather AJCU colleagues who work in student success and retention with the purpose of sharing strategies and best practices from their institutions. The Network includes any professional who plays a role in supporting the success, retention, and persistence of students including the monitoring of retention and graduation rate metrics and first-destination outcomes.
